Online Service Agreement

Guaranteed Item sale within 72 hours

This Online Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between [Platform Name], hereinafter referred to as “WellSold,” and the undersigned individual, hereinafter referred to as the “User,” collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Purpose of Agreement:

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which WellSold guarantees to connect the User with potential buyers for their items within a 72-hour timeframe, provided certain conditions are met.

2. Agreement Terms:

  1. WellSold guarantees to connect the User with potential buyers for their items within 72 hours, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
  2. The guarantee is applicable to items listed through the WellSold platform and mobile app.
  3. The User is responsible for accurately representing the items and providing relevant information as required during the listing process.

3. Responsibilities of WellSold:

  1. WellSold will use its best efforts to connect the User with potential buyers for their listed items within the specified timeframe.
  2. WellSold will provide contact information for interested buyers and facilitate initial communication between the User and the buyer.

4. Responsibilities of the User:

  1. The User will accurately represent the items and provide all necessary information as required during the listing process.
  2. The User agrees to engage in timely and respectful communication with potential buyers.
  3. The User will adhere to the terms of any offers accepted from potential buyers.

5. Offer Acceptance and Sale:

  1. Upon receiving an offer from a potential buyer and acceptance by the User, the Parties will handle the necessary transaction details independently.
  2. The sale will be considered complete once both Parties have fulfilled their agreed-upon obligations.

6. Fees

  1. There won’t be any fees to the User for the basic use of the WellSold platform and mobile app.
  2. Additional services, such as enhanced promotion, may be available for a fee. Details will be provided separately.

7. Limitations

WellSold’s guarantee is subject to market conditions and the availability of potential buyers.

8. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either Party in writing, with a notice period of 5 days.

9. Governing law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WellSold operates.
By using our services or any of their components, the User acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Online Service Agreement.
